Because your foam roller is so much more than a piece of exercise equipment.

I want you to learn how to use your roller in a way that has you feeling like you have a live-in massage therapist, 24/7.

And show you what a simple, affordable tool your roller is to support strength and awaken your core!

This isn't just a stretching class.

Together we'll explore the incredible world of fascia - the remarkable connective tissue that wraps around every muscle, organ, nerve and joint in your body.

When fascia becomes stiff, dehydrated or overloaded through stress, injury, repetitive movement or simply life, it can contribute to:

• aches and pains

• reduced flexibility

• feelings of stiffness

• restricted movement

• poor posture

• muscular tension

• slower recovery

• reduced body awareness.

Using gentle, evidence-informed self-myofascial release techniques, we'll learn how to help restore healthy movement, improve mobility, calm the nervous system and create more ease throughout the entire body.

You'll leave understanding not just what to do, but why it works.

Research has shown self-myofascial release may help to:

✓ support mobility & healthy range of motion
